At R.O.A I believe the best way to begin any new program is to look at the individual. What suits one person may not suit the next. Yes – routines may need to change a little, and yes dedication and patience is required, but it’s not one size fits all. I will give you the knowledge and support to equip yourself to reach long term goals – not an “8-week challenge” (don’t get me started!!!) that is extremely restrictive and people cannot maintain – yo yo diets anyone???

I look at you as an individual – what can I do to help you? What can we do together that is going to see lasting results whilst still enjoying your life?
